Wang Yaping was born in Zhanggezhuang, Fushan District, Yantai City. She is a real Yantai girl. /Kloc-At the age of 0/7, she joined the Air Force to recruit pilots and became the seventh batch of female pilots in China. She flew safely 1567 hours and was rated as a second-class pilot of the air force. 20 10 was selected as the second batch of astronauts in China in May. 20 12 was selected as a backup astronaut for the Shenzhou-9 mission in March.
