Li Ruihuan, former chairman of The Politburo Standing Committee (PSC) and Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference of the Communist Party of China, and Tian Jiyun, former member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and vice chairman of the National People's Congress, personally wrote inscriptions for the Wan Li Library.

Mr. Wan Li, the eldest son of Comrade and the president of China Biography Literature Society, is the honorary curator, Ms. Wan (the daughter of Comrade Wan Li) is the curator, and Wang, the vice president of Taishan College, is the executive deputy curator.

Wan Li Library covers an area of 36,000 square meters, with a collection of 6,543,800+3,000 books and 220,000 electronic books. After the completion of Wan Li Library, the collections of Comrade Wan Li and his family, as well as books donated by Xinhua Publishing House, People's Publishing House, People's Sports Publishing House, People's Liberation Army Publishing House and other major publishing houses have greatly enriched the collections of Taishan University Library.
