My uncle introduced my uncle Xin, who has been in the business for more than 40 years. He has traveled across provinces to publicize the food culture in the south of Guangling, and served as the operation director and product consultant for many well-known catering giants in the Pearl River Delta, such as Xianquan Hotel, Xinghua Hotel and Harbor Group.
