In August of the same year, he was assigned to work in Lanzhou Refinery (later renamed Lanzhou Refinery and Chemical General Factory, referred to as "Lanlian") and first worked as an intern in the production workshop. Later, because of the Cultural Revolution, I worked as a worker in the workshop until 1972. After nearly nine years, he completed all kinds of work as an oil refiner before becoming a technician in the workshop, and then he was promoted to the workshop. 1979 served as the director of the technical department of the General Plant, 1984 served as the director of the production management department of the General Plant, 1987 served as the director of the No.2 Refinery Plant, 1989 served as the deputy chief engineer of Lanlian General Plant,1kloc-0/.
During his tenure, he can often go deep into workshops and construction sites, investigate and understand the actual situation, rationally process crude oil, organize and optimize production, and improve the efficiency of enterprises year by year. Organize and guide the start-up and production of new 65438+200,000 tons/year heavy oil catalytic cracking unit, 600,000 tons/year continuous reforming unit, 400,000 tons butane deasphalting unit, 40,000 tons/year polypropylene unit, multiple sets of lubricating oil additive units and catalytic cracking catalyst units, as well as the technical transformation and overhaul of the old units in the whole plant. The technical transformation schemes of propane deasphalting unit, lubricating oil solvent refining unit and catalytic cracking unit are put forward. Technical personnel were organized to make two energy balance and energy-saving plans for the whole plant, and they were also responsible for compiling and implementing the Tenth Five-Year Development Plan of Lanlian, and built the largest refinery in northwest China with a comprehensive package of 6,543,800 tons/year crude oil processing.
