In order to respond to the call of personnel system reform, according to the competitive recruitment plan, I meet the post of manager of international business department. I am * * years old, party member of the Communist Party of China, with a college degree and a technical title in accounting.

My advantages: First, rich work experience. Since I joined the work, I have worked as an accountant, loan officer and security section chief, and accumulated rich practical experience. Second, there is a "rash advance" in front of the reform. I have always taken "love my job and forge ahead" as my motto. No matter what I do, I always take my career to heart, shoulder the responsibility, work hard and devote myself wholeheartedly. Over the years, the cultivation of organizations, the support and help of leaders and colleagues have created my character of daring to adhere to principles, upholding justice, doing things impartially, being honest and pragmatic, being open-minded, being helpful and being good at listening to the opinions of the masses. I always believe that doing a good job depends on loyalty to the cause and meticulous responsibility. Never flinch at key times, there is a spirit of dare to think, dare to do and dare to fight. Third, there is "drilling strength" in business. In the long-term banking work, I have worked in xx for X years and in xx for X years. No matter in business study or enterprise management, I always insist on learning wherever I go, learning from old leaders, experts, comrades and practice. If I can win the election, my working idea is:

First, improve the service level and enrich the service connotation. Service is an eternal theme. To improve the service level, we must enrich the service connotation. Be sure to serve customers with "heart", be sincere, enthusiastic, careful and patient. We should vigorously advocate "warm service", establish a * * * system, be familiar with customer information, treat customers as our relatives and friends, as our family members, turn work into a window to convey warmth, and establish a' good image' of branches.

Second, put forward new ideas, develop big business, establish the business philosophy of "thinking what the sub-branch thinks, worrying about the needs of the sub-branch and serving the front line with all one's strength", and at the same time formulate a set of internal rules and regulations and post responsibility system to prevent risks and standardize operations. Externally, the tasks are divided into people, and the department managers and managers are responsible for each key customer, and the business requirements put forward by branches or customers are solved and put in place in time to ensure that the business volume of major customers rises steadily.

Third, learn banking knowledge well and lay a solid theoretical foundation. As far as I am concerned, it is important to strengthen study and training with comrades, attach importance to the study of banking laws and regulations, especially to learn more about international business, know what it is and take the initiative to work.
