Master Renji, director of the Buddhist Association of China, vice president of the Buddhist Association of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, member of the Urumqi CPPCC, president of the Buddhist Association, abbot Qingquan Temple, 45th descendant of Zen Lin Ji in China, common name Luo Qi, 1972, from Chang 'an County, Shaanxi Province. Gifted since childhood, he believed in the Three Treasures, converted to Buddhism at the age of 12, and became a monk at Bishan Temple in Wutai Mountain, Shanxi Province at the age of 18. His dharma name is silent and his words are wonderful. At the age of 65,438+0988, he was given a full precept in Bishan Temple and served as a confidant and monk during his residence in Bishan Temple.

From 65438 to 0996, he returned to Xi 'an, lived in Daxingshan Temple and worked as a secretary and a monk. Later, at the request of Master Zeng Qin, the abbot of Ji 'ang Temple, he lived in Ji 'ang Temple in Xiwei Ancestral Hall to help promote Buddhism, manage educational affairs, and set up Master Xuanzang's Sanzang Hospital. In August, 2000, Master Renji was invited by the Religious Affairs Committee of Urumqi and the Buddhist Association of Urumqi to become the abbot of Qingquan Temple in Qingquan Mountain, and presided over the education and reconstruction project in Qingquan Temple.
