1992 graduated from the Department of Clinical Medicine of Jiangxi Medical College in July, and was assigned to guixi city People's Hospital for clinical medical work in the same year.

From June 5438 to February 2003, he was transferred to guixi city Municipal Health Bureau as deputy director (director level).

In April 2005, he presided over the administrative work of guixi city Health Bureau.

In March, 2006, he served as the director of guixi city Health Bureau.

Later, he served as the director of the office of guixi city Municipal People's Government.
