First: Don't use inferior ink, which can easily cause nozzle blockage.
Some customers feel that the cost of ink provided by the company is too high when using flat-panel printers, and they change some poor-quality ink themselves, which often leads to serious nozzle blockage, which is the most serious ink quality problem. Excessive ink clogging coefficient directly leads to nozzle clogging. Blocking coefficient is a parameter directly related to the particle size of pigment in ink. If the plugging coefficient is large, the particles are also large. Using ink with large blocking coefficient may not cause problems in a short time, but with the increase of usage, the filter screen will gradually block, causing damage to the ink pump, and even some large particles will penetrate the filter screen, causing permanent blocking of the ink head and causing serious damage to the ink head.
Second: Please don't ignore the temperature and humidity. The sharp change of temperature and humidity will also have a great influence on the nozzle and ink.
When inkjet flat-panel printers leave the factory, each flat-panel printer manufacturer will have specific temperature and humidity restrictions on the use environment of the equipment. Why is there such a restriction? Because the stability of ink determines the use of the nozzle of the general flat-panel printer, and the stability of ink is determined by the viscosity, surface tension, volatility, fluidity and other factors of ink, and the direct impact on these indicators is not entirely determined by the production process, and the temperature and humidity of the storage and use environment also play a decisive role in the normal use of ink. If the temperature is too high or too low, the viscosity of ink will decrease or increase a lot, thus breaking the original state of ink. In the process of painting, there are often broken lines or even scattered pictures. On the other hand, if the ambient humidity is too low and the temperature is relatively high, the volatility of the ink will increase, and the ink will easily dry, forming solidified substances on the surface of the nozzle, which will affect the normal operation of the nozzle. If the humidity is too high, ink may accumulate around the nozzle hole, affecting the work of the nozzle, and the picture is not easy to dry. So always pay attention to the changes of temperature and humidity. The humidity requirement of the nozzle is very subtle. There is little ink in the ink chamber of the nozzle, and the ink is siphoned to complete the ink supply process. Therefore, the sudden change of external temperature can easily break its original equilibrium state, because the nozzle will generate a certain amount of heat when it works, and the ink will remain balanced and stable at this temperature. At this time, if the climate suddenly changes, such as suddenly getting cold or hot, and there is no temperature regulating device indoors, it will have an impact on the nozzle and the ink will suddenly be unusable. Solution: control the temperature so that the temperature in the production workshop does not change more than 3-5 degrees in one day.
Third: the influence of working habits on nozzles.
Pay attention to the burr on the suction pipe of the vacuum cleaner to avoid scratching the suction nozzle when inhaling. The nozzle is most afraid of drying, as long as you try your best not to let the nozzle dry. Poor ink use is mainly manifested in poor ink output and poor paste head (V-shaped on the screen). The color is not bright gray, fading fast and so on.
Fourth: Please pay attention to whether your ink viscosity is too high.
Excessive viscosity of ink will lead to ink sticking in the ink conveying pipe, resulting in insufficient ink supply, insufficient ink ejection and color failure. Especially in winter, when the temperature is low, this phenomenon is more prominent.
Solution: increase indoor temperature (such as air conditioner, dryer, electric heater, etc. ) to reduce the viscosity of the ink, or use a lower viscosity ink.
Fifth: Please provide a stable and suitable voltage for the nozzle.
The voltage of the nozzle, because the voltage of the nozzle can determine the curvature of the piezoelectric ceramics inside the nozzle, so high voltage can also increase the amount of ink jet. The lower the better, without affecting the image quality. Practice has proved that the voltage exceeding 32V will cause the nozzle to break ink frequently and reduce the service life. As mentioned above, high voltage will increase the curvature of piezoelectric ceramics. If it is in a high-frequency oscillation state, the piezoelectric crystal in the nozzle is prone to fatigue, damage and fracture, and the working voltage of the nozzle is too low, which will affect the saturation of the picture, so the working voltage of the nozzle is between 28V and 32V.
The nozzle voltage of different brands of general printers is different. For example, the nozzle voltage of Gong Zheng machine is 37V, that of Cyberjet machine is 35V, and that of Aseland is 33V. Different voltages have different requirements for ink viscosity. High nozzle voltage requires high ink viscosity, and low nozzle voltage requires low ink viscosity, which are in direct proportion.
A, the nozzle voltage is high, and the ink viscosity is low, which will cause too much ink jet and too fast speed. The ink dots will reflect to the bottom of the nozzle to form ink drops that block the nozzle, and there will be burrs and floating ink.
B, if the nozzle voltage is low, the ink viscosity is high, the ink can't be sprayed, and the color block is uneven and not full.
Solution: Replace the appropriate ink or reduce the voltage.
Sixth: Please don't ignore the influence of static electricity on the machine.
In the process of inkjet printing, a large amount of static electricity is generated due to the friction between the inkjet substrate and the feed roller. If it cannot be removed in time, it will easily affect the normal work of the nozzle. If the ink drops are affected by static electricity enough to deviate from their trajectory, it will cause virtual scattering and ink flying on the screen. If the static electricity is too large, it may damage the nozzle. Under the influence of high static electricity, computer equipment is prone to garbled codes and crashes, and even burn the machine circuit board. Therefore, it is extremely important to take correct and effective measures to eliminate static electricity generated by equipment. Burying ground wire is a good way to eliminate static electricity.
Seventh: Please don't let the ink viscosity be too low.
If the ink viscosity is too low and the ink is diluted too much, the ink jet speed will be high, and the ink sprayed on the lamp cloth will reflect back to the nozzle, causing the ink to stagnate on the nozzle and block the nozzle. This phenomenon is more prominent when spraying the same color for a long time.
Solution: Use a professional cotton swab to bond the cleaning solution and scrub the nozzle. If you want to completely solve this problem, you need to replace high viscosity ink.
