Tian Xiaoping, male, Han nationality,1born in August 1960, from Keshan County, Heilongjiang Province, party member of the Communist Party of China,1joined the work in September 1979, with a postgraduate degree in the Party School of Heilongjiang Provincial Party Committee and university culture.

He is currently the Chairman of the 12th Committee of CPPCC Keshan County.
