Fortunately, a friend of mine who is an HR intern helped me change my resume, and the result is! ! ! The day after the investment, I received an interview invitation from a promising children's programming company. After going through five hurdles and beheading six generals, I finally got my long-awaited offer, and now I am working happily in the company.
In order to prevent my younger siblings from repeating my mistakes, I came here to share some experiences. There are a lot of dry goods, so be sure to look at them carefully.

What you need to know is that in fact, the form resume downloaded at will on the Internet is not a qualified resume! It's not that the cooler the resume, the more popular it is with HR! When writing your resume, you should put yourself in the other person's shoes from the perspective of HR.
I. General principles
1, authenticity
An excellent resume is a stepping stone to job hunting. In order to be more competitive, we can optimize it, but that doesn't mean we can cheat. We can highlight our strengths and hide our weaknesses. For example, if you are a fresh graduate, you can focus on your student work, social practice and internship experience in school. Moreover, you should not only state the matter itself, but more importantly, extract the experience and inspiration that are helpful to your study and work, so that HR will not refuse you because you are a fresh graduate.
2. Targeted
The time when you want to cover all companies with one resume is long gone. I don't do career positioning, I don't understand the recruitment needs of enterprises, I close my eyes and vote blindly, and my resume has nothing but the sea.
Therefore, when you do your resume, you must combine professional requirements, do your resume in a targeted manner, apply for a job in professional industry language, and send your resume to different occupations, which is often more likely to be recognized by HR.
3. Value
Resume should present its own value to the maximum extent, and don't mention irrelevant things. Language should be concise and to the point, avoiding emotional literary descriptions.
It is best to use data as a support to prove your ability, such as how many academic papers you have published and how many innovative projects you have participated in. It is best to provide successful experience that can improve the professional gold content, such as participating in a major project in an internship.
4, organized
The introduction of various experiences must be organized and prioritized. For example, the most important content is: personal basic information, work experience, education and training experience, followed by the most important information is: career goals (this must be marked), professional skills, language skills, computer skills, award-winning honor information, and other information can be omitted.
Second, fill in the content
A complete resume should include the following contents:
personal information
Job-hunting photos
working strength
Education experience
Personal experience
Honor and reward
Skills certificate
Professional hobby
self-assessment
So how do you write these contents?
1, about personal information
Many job seekers think that the more detailed the personal information, the better, but this is not the case. This will not only take up a lot of space, but also some personal information will even become an obstacle to your interview. So all we have to do is give the following information.
Name: Needless to say?
Contact information (mobile phone, e-mail, address): the contact information and name are in the column, which is convenient for HR to contact you. Be sure to use the mailbox you usually use for work. It is best to divide the mobile phone number in 3-4-4 format, which is in line with workplace habits.
Age and birthday: If you provide age information in your resume, the recruiter may think that you are too young or too old for a particular job. Age can be a positive factor or a negative factor. If you are not sure whether age will add or subtract points from your resume, you'd better not write it.
Political outlook: unless it is specifically required in the recruitment or the unit you are applying for is a government enterprise or institution, you need to add the column of "political outlook", and there is almost no difference between writing and not writing.
Native place: If you are not specifically asked to write in the recruitment information, you will not write it.
Health status: In general, if it has nothing to do with the position you are applying for, you don't need to write health status. But if you apply for the food industry, it is necessary to have a health certificate.
2. About job-hunting photos
Everyone loves beauty, and the interviewer will pay more attention to the beautiful photos of job seekers. So there are several principles about photos:
General dress photos in the workplace are extra points, but don't fix the photos, so HR won't recognize you when they see you;
Unless it is related to the position you are applying for, try not to send art photos or life photos;
Photos on paper resumes must be posted;
3. About the recruitment intention.
There are two points to note here:
Avoid job hunting intentions that are too broad and general.
Your job intention must match your resume, and your resume should be written around your job intention.
If you are a resume of Haitou, the best way to write your job intention should be: industry+title or accurate title. For example:
Sales work in the field of communication
Web design, network maintenance work
If you are submitting your resume for a specific position, just change your job intention to the position name.
4. About educational experience
A HR who has read countless people may be most concerned about schools and majors when reading the column of educational experience. Therefore, your educational experience must be clearly written about the school, major and graduation time. As for what classes you have taken, I won't write them.
Grade ranking is not necessary, but as a measure of learning level, if your grades are particularly excellent, it will be a good plus item on your resume.
There are many ways to write grades: you can write GPA, you can write specific scores, you can write professional rankings, and you can write anything that makes you look better.
5. About personal experience
Personal experience accounts for a very important part in the resume, highlighting the job experience and ability of job seekers, so this part can not be ignored.
Personal experience should be specific, concise and organized.
Specific: The description of a job must not be a simple perfunctory description of "time+position". HR can't see the responsibilities and experience of your last job, and your psychological score will decrease.
Conciseness: When describing your latest internship, work experience or project experience, it's best to discard all useless descriptors and modifiers, and don't use long paragraphs to describe it.
Organization: Work experience must be arranged in chronological order. If you finish a project independently, write it in the order of start, process and result.
6. About honorary awards and certificates
For job seekers, especially fresh graduates, if you have many honorary awards, it is undoubtedly a proof of your ability. When describing rewards in your resume, you should pay special attention to emphasizing the level and particularity of rewards. Instead of simply listing all the rewards.
Of course, CET-4, CET-6, CET-2 and so on are no longer the highlights of job hunting. Those certificates that can highlight your professional ability and those related to the job application are the highlights in HR's eyes. For example, apply for an English teacher and list IELTS scores and TEM-8. If applying for an accounting position, list the certified public accountant certificate.
7. About hobbies
To be honest, HR may not care much about your own hobbies. Therefore, don't list seven or eight hobbies on your resume to highlight that you are a rich person. If you want to write, you'd better choose one or two posts to write.
Another thing to note is, remember not to write hobbies that are out of thin air. Singing, jumping, rapping, playing basketball and so on. Don't talk nonsense if you can't.
8. About personal evaluation
In the part of self-evaluation, don't use too general rhetoric, which has no substantive meaning.
For example, I have obtained the CET-4 and CET-6 certificate, and I am modest and friendly, and I am conscientious and responsible. Although I don't have that rich working experience, I believe I will redouble my efforts if I have the opportunity, hoping to have such a working platform.
You can outline your major and describe what kind of work you want to do. You don't have to write that you are serious and responsible.
You can also use a favorite title to express your attitude, and so on.
Finally, there is another key point: typesetting.
HR has to read a lot of recruitment resumes every day, so if a resume is messy and has little effective information, then you may be at a disadvantage, so the general rule in the workplace is "one-page resume"-that is, put all effective information on one page. Everyone must remember this! ! ! Author: some water
