According to the regulations of China's Ministry of Education, undergraduates can apply for graduate students from other universities. Taizhou University is an undergraduate college and Yangzhou University is a graduate school. There are no regulations between them that restrict undergraduates from applying for Yangzhou University graduate students. Therefore, undergraduates of Taizhou University can take the postgraduate examination of Yangzhou University.
