Chapter I Basic Situation of the School

The second school is a public full-time university in Fujian Province and a key construction university in Fujian Province. Article 4 Graduates who meet the graduation requirements of Jimei University shall be awarded the Jimei University graduation certificate electronically registered by the Ministry of Education; Those who meet the conditions for conferring the degree of Jimei University shall be awarded the corresponding degree of Jimei University.
Chapter II Organizational Structure and Its Duties
Article 5 A school shall set up an enrollment leading group, an enrollment committee and an enrollment office.
Article 6 The enrollment leading group is the leading body of the school enrollment work, responsible for the principal's office meeting and implementing the school enrollment work, that is, formulating the school enrollment plan, studying and determining the school enrollment policies and rules, and deciding on major issues. The Admissions Committee plays the role of democratic supervision and management in the enrollment work. The Admissions Office is the permanent institution of the school. Under the leadership of the Admissions Leading Group, it is specifically responsible for the organization and implementation of the school enrollment work.
Seventh school discipline inspection and supervision departments are responsible for the supervision and inspection of the whole process of enrollment.
Article 8 The sunshine project of enrollment shall be implemented in strict compliance with the "Twelve Prohibitions" of the Ministry of Education on the enrollment of colleges and universities. For the specific enrollment plans of all provinces and majors, please refer to Jimei University Admissions Network () or the candidate volunteering manual compiled by the provincial enrollment departments.
Two, the principle of enrollment plan and the principle of using the transfer plan during the admission period.

According to the school discipline development plan, the mandatory plan issued by the Fujian Provincial Department of Education, combined with the school conditions, the employment situation of graduates, the needs of provincial economic development and the situation of students in various provinces, and according to the annual enrollment scale approved by the provincial planning department, the enrollment plans of various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) are compiled, which are audited by the school enrollment leading group and reported to the principal's office for research and approval.
2. The principle of using the adjustment plan during admission.
The school reserves the enrollment plan for high-level athletes according to the qualified number of high-level athletes. During the admission period, the unfinished plan will be adjusted according to the actual situation of students in each province, adhere to the principle of collective deliberation, and be carried out with the consent of the provincial planning department.
Article 10 study time
Undergraduate major: the academic system is four years.
The length of schooling is based on the academic system and flexible length of schooling is implemented. Students are allowed to complete their studies in stages, but the time with student status is extended by no more than 4 years on the basis of the original school year, and the accumulated actual study time is extended by no more than 2 years on the basis of the original school year.
Chapter IV Access Rules
Eleventh school enrollment should follow the principles of fair competition, fair selection, openness and transparency, comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission.
Article 12 The enrollment work of Jimei University shall, in accordance with the provisions of the Ministry of Education, implement the enrollment system in which the school is responsible and the provincial examination institute supervises. The admission of new students strictly implements the admission policies and disciplines formulated by the Ministry of Education and the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) where the students are located.
Thirteenth undergraduate professional adjustment ratio according to the relevant provisions of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government), high-level athletes by the candidates' provincial schools according to the assessment.
In principle, Jimei University only accepts candidates who fill in Jimei University volunteers (except for batches submitted in the form of "parallel volunteer"). When the number of volunteer students in the first college is less than the planned number, reference volunteer candidates can be admitted.
Fourteenth political, ideological and moral assessment mainly examines the performance of candidates themselves. When recruiting new students, they are audited according to the "political, ideological and moral performance" in the electronic files provided by the provincial recruitment offices. Candidates who have one of the following circumstances and fail to provide proof materials such as their understanding of mistakes and the actual performance of correcting them shall be regarded as unqualified in the examination of ideological and political morality and shall not be admitted:
(a) words and deeds that violate the basic principles set by the Constitution or join a cult organization, and the circumstances are serious;
(two) in violation of the law on public security administration punishment, the circumstances are serious and the nature is bad.
Fifteenth candidates' physical health requirements
First, the requirements of the candidates' physical health status shall be implemented according to the requirements of the Guiding Opinions on the Physical Examination of Enrollment in Ordinary Colleges and Universities (No.3 Annex of Teaching [2003]) issued by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation.
2. According to the Notice issued by People's Republic of China (PRC) * * and China Maritime Safety Administration in accordance with the spirit of document Hai (20 12)678, the navigation technology major of Jimei University requires that the height of boys should be above 165cm, that of girls should be above 160cm, that the naked vision of both eyes should be above 4.7 (inclusive), and that the corrected vision can reach 4. Article 16 the principle of professional deployment

At the time of admission, according to the enrollment situation, the school first determines some majors with more volunteers in the first major than planned as the first round of pre-admission majors, and pre-admission is carried out according to the "professional grade difference" method, according to 1: 1.

When Jimei University was admitted, the total score of professional volunteers was 7 points, that is, the difference between the first professional volunteer and the reference professional volunteer was 5 points; There is no grade difference between reference majors, which is regarded as parallel volunteer; The professional grade difference between reference professional volunteers and adjustment professional volunteers is 2 points.
Four, in principle, with the approval of the provincial admissions committee where the candidates are located, the policy of adding (dropping) points will be implemented. Pre-admission is based on the candidate's investment score (college entrance examination plus care score). In the provinces that implement the parallel volunteer investment model, Jimei University will make professional deployment according to the investment scores containing candidates' ranking information after the provincial admissions department has invested, and rank the candidates with the same investment scores according to the ranking rules determined by the provinces. In non-parallel volunteer provinces, the candidates with the same scores are ranked Chinese and English in literature and history, and mathematics and English in science.
5. The requirements of two elective subjects of Jiangsu Shengyuan are: physics of science and engineering, history of literature and history, and the other elective subject is not required in principle; The level requirements of the academic proficiency test are: the undergraduate course meets the elective course of 2B, and the compulsory examination of 4C is qualified. Candidates who enter the archives are deployed in the form of "professional grade difference".

7. If the above-mentioned professional deployment principle is inconsistent with the relevant provisions of the provincial admissions department where the candidate is located, it shall be implemented according to the relevant provisions of the provincial admissions department where the candidate is located.

1. Art majors enrolled in Fujian Province should be both liberal arts and sciences. Jimei University comprehensive score conversion method is:

Fine arts: comprehensive score = professional score *2.5*0.6+ cultural score *0.4.
Environmental design (landscape design direction): comprehensive score = professional score *2.5*0.7+ cultural score *0.3.
(2) Music major (musicology): comprehensive score = professional score *2.5*0.7+ cultural score *0.3.
If the comprehensive scores are the same, the art (literature) candidates are sorted in order of cultural achievements, Chinese, literature, mathematics and English; Art (science) candidates are ranked according to their cultural achievements, mathematics, science, Chinese and English.
2. Art majors enrolled outside Fujian Province only recruit art (literature) candidates (except for provinces where art is not divided into arts and sciences). The professional score line is the provincial unified examination score line for art majors in the province where the candidates are located, and the cultural score line is the total score of the college entrance examination (including fixed care plus points).
(1) Music majors (music performance, dance performance) are admitted from high to low among candidates whose cultural achievements and professional achievements have reached the provincial control line of their province. Those with the same professional achievements will be admitted from high to low according to their cultural achievements, Chinese, mathematics and English; There is no grade difference between majors.
(2) When enrolling art majors (animation, visual communication design, environmental design), candidates whose cultural achievements and professional achievements have reached the provincial control line of their province will be admitted from high to low according to their professional achievements *2.5*0.7+ cultural achievements *0.3. At the same time, according to cultural achievements, Chinese, mathematics and English, students are admitted from high scores to low scores. There is no grade difference between majors.
There are special provisions for the admission of art majors in colleges and universities, according to the relevant provisions of the province.
2. Physical education majors are divided into two categories: unified recruitment and single recruitment.
Fujian sports majors are recruited in a unified way, and both arts and sciences are recruited. Candidates who have reached the provincial control line of sports in Fujian Province are selected according to their comprehensive scores from high to low.
Single-stroke majors are sports training, martial arts and traditional national sports, and the enrollment targets are second-level athletes (including second-level candidates) or above. The professional examination is conducted by Jimei University in accordance with the special test standards stipulated by the State Sports General Administration, and the cultural examination is organized by the State Sports General Administration, and the provincial admissions departments organize the examination (national unified time). On the basis of the admission control scores of culture and special students determined by the school, the students are selected according to their comprehensive scores. According to the requirement that the number of candidates with first-class athletes (inclusive) enrolled in sports training major should not be less than 15% of the total enrollment of this major, and that the number of candidates with first-class athletes (inclusive) enrolled in martial arts and traditional national sports major should not be less than 10% of the total enrollment of this major, the number of planned executors of sports training, martial arts and traditional national sports can be appropriately adjusted and controlled when enrolling students.
Article 18 There is no special requirement for the ratio of male to female students in the enrollment major of Jimei University, but navigation technology, marine engineering and marine electronic and electrical engineering belong to navigation water majors. Considering the professional characteristics, employment environment and industry status, it is more suitable for boys to study.
Nineteenth preparatory students transfer according to the enrollment situation of the year, the school determines the corresponding majors and plans for students to choose, and the professional deployment is based on the comprehensive evaluation results of students.
Article 20 Except for foreign language majors, which only recruit candidates whose language is English in the college entrance examination, there are no foreign language examination requirements for other enrollment majors. Jimei University mainly uses English as the basic foreign language for teaching. Candidates who apply for English, Japanese and translation majors must take and pass the oral examination if the provincial entrance examination institution where the candidates are located organizes the oral examination.
Chapter V Fees, Refund Methods and the System of Awards, Loans and Scholarships

Twenty-second refund measures
After students register and pay in full, if they transfer, drop out of school, die, or terminate their studies for other reasons, the agency fees paid at the time of admission shall be settled truthfully, and the tuition and accommodation fees shall be repaid in the following ways:
First, after paying fees, the tuition and accommodation fees for the academic year will be repaid at 90% of the charging standard.
Two, the payment is less than one month, according to 80% of the fee standard to repay the tuition and accommodation fees for the academic year.
Three, pay school fees for more than a month to a semester (including reading a semester), according to the charging standard of 50% to repay school tuition and accommodation.
Four, pay more than one semester, the school year tuition and accommodation fees will not be repaid.
Five, to participate in the re-reading course students, midway out of study, no refund of tuition fees.
Six, expelled from the school, the school tuition and accommodation fees will not be refunded.
