Curriculum construction of physical education department of Hainan University
Physical education class is the first batch of key construction courses in Hainan University. In February 20001,it was awarded as an excellent key construction course at the school level, a provincial key course in September 2002, and an excellent course in Hainan Province in 2003. In order to meet the requirements of quality education and cultivate students' lifelong sports ability, the physical education curriculum has been greatly reformed since 1998, and the reform plan of "swimming characteristic teaching" has been established, and the teaching reform goal of "everyone learns to swim at sea" has been put forward. Five years' teaching practice shows that the effect is remarkable, 76% of students can't swim when they enter school, and the passing rate of swimming in physical education class is over 94%. It is the first time to set up an elective course of wooden ball in colleges and universities across the country, to set up a health care course of wooden ball for sick, disabled and weak students, and to set up an elective course of wooden ball English from 200 1, which is the first time in bilingual teaching in physical education class. Strict teaching monitoring and management, the excellent rate of classroom teaching evaluation is over 98%, and many people have won teaching awards. In the undergraduate teaching evaluation of 200 1, physical education class ranked second in the evaluation of public courses and first in the evaluation of teaching management. The project "Experimental Research on Teaching Reform with Swimming Characteristics" won the first prize of teaching achievement in Hainan Province and applied for the National Teaching Achievement Award. In addition, since 1996, the management system of sports standards has been reformed, and the system of "day, point and card" has been implemented, and the compliance rate has stabilized at around 97%.
