What is an employment agreement?
Employment Agreement is the abbreviation of National Employment Agreement for College Graduates, also known as "Tripartite Agreement". It is an agreement signed through consultation to clarify the rights and obligations of graduates, employers and schools where graduates work. The agreement is also the basis for the school to send graduates. Before students leave school, the school will issue graduates' employment registration cards and household registration cards according to the agreement, and forward students' files at the same time. If graduates fail to sign employment agreements, the school will transfer their relationships and files back to their original places. Each graduate has a unique numbering agreement (in triplicate), which implements numbering management.

Second, the important role of employment agreements

The agreement is a formal document for graduates to establish employment relations with employers, and it is also one of the necessary materials for graduates to go through employment registration procedures in personnel and education departments after graduation. Therefore, graduates must be properly kept.

Employment agreement is an agreement between college graduates and employers to establish labor relations, which is essentially a special form of labor contract. The final contract signed when looking for a job is legally binding, so you must be careful when signing the contract, and you can't ignore the filling of the agreement.

Once the tripartite agreement is signed, it means that the first job of college students is basically determined. Therefore, fresh graduates should pay special attention to signing contracts. A teacher from the Employment Office of colleges and universities said that college students should carefully check the affiliation of employers before signing a tripartite agreement. State organs, institutions and state-owned enterprises generally have the right to receive personnel. Private enterprises and foreign-funded enterprises need to be approved by the personnel bureau or the talent exchange center to recruit employees, and they must sign the agreement to be effective. Fresh graduates should also have an understanding of the special regulations of local personnel departments.
