(1) Persons who sign up for the national postgraduate entrance examination shall meet the following conditions:

1. People's Republic of China (PRC) citizen.

2. Support the leadership of China's * * * production party, be willing to serve socialist modernization, have good moral character and abide by the law.

3. Physical health status meets the physical examination requirements stipulated by the state and the admissions unit.

4. Candidates' education must meet one of the following conditions:

(1) fresh graduates with nationally recognized academic qualifications;

(3) Persons who have graduated from a nationally recognized higher vocational college for two years (to 20 14, 1, the same below) or above, have reached the same educational level as undergraduate graduates, and meet the specific business requirements put forward by the enrollment unit according to the training objectives of the unit;
