The College of Military Culture of the National Defence University of Chinese People's Liberation Army, formerly known as the Art College of China People's Liberation Army (Military Art), is a high-end professional college for personnel training in the military culture field of the whole army and the Armed Police Force, which mainly undertakes tasks such as personnel training in the military culture field and theoretical research on military culture. The types of education and training include non-commissioned officers' on-the-job education, higher education, postgraduate education and vocational and technical education. The training level includes postgraduate education, undergraduate education and junior college education, and there are four master's degree authorization points in journalism and China language and literature, drama, film and television, music and dance and fine arts.
News communication, music, drama, dance and fine arts are five authorized master's degree points, 1 1 undergraduate major (direction) and 1 dance secondary school major, three vocational and technical education majors for noncommissioned officers and 25 professional education majors (shifts).
