Subsidies are distributed as follows:
1. Shanghai Education Examinations Institute will send the Notice of Payment, Proof of Payment and a bank debit card to the candidates by registered mail within one month after each batch of admission, and attach an envelope to send back the proof of payment.
2. After receiving the Notice of Payment, the accepted candidates should read it carefully and fill in the relevant information carefully. After registering in the university, the Certificate of Payment should be stamped with the official seal of the university student management department, and the candidates themselves should sign the Certificate of Payment.
3. Candidates must send the original Payment Certificate to Shanghai Education Examinations Institute by registered mail before the end of 10.
Four, Shanghai Education Examinations Institute received the original "proof of payment", after verification, the subsidy was directly transferred to the bank debit card account provided by Shanghai Education Examinations Institute in batches by electronic transfer, and the list of successful candidates was published on this website for candidates and their parents to inquire.
5. The subsidy will be paid until February 30, 2008, 65438. Those who fail to go through the formalities of receiving subsidies after the expiration date (based on the time when the candidates mailed them by post office with the envelope of Shanghai Education Examinations Institute) are deemed to have given up automatically.
