Before 2003, he taught at Chang 'an University (formerly Xi 'an Institute of Geology), and now he is a researcher at the Institute of Mineral Resources of Chinese Academy of Geological Sciences and a member of the Geological Society of China Mineral Materials Professional Committee. 1996 won the fifth Henry Fok Young Teachers Award of Higher Education Fund, 1998 won the second prize of the Ministry of Land and Resources, and won the second prize of the Ministry of Land and Resources in 20 10.

He participated in and presided over a number of national, provincial and funded scientific research projects, such as the National Natural Science Foundation Project, the General Survey of Land and Resources Project, the National 973 Project and the special projects of the Ministry of Land and Resources, and has been engaged in the research work of petrology, mineralogy, geochemistry of granite and its mineralization for a long time. At present, it is undertaking the research of the National Natural Science Foundation project, the land and resources survey project and the industry special project.
