You can't join the party through a club. Your file is at school, but there is no record of your party member in your file. A little scrutiny will disqualify you from party member.

The application for joining the Party is handed over by the class teacher to the secretary of the Party branch of the school or the full-time person in charge to the high school and technical secondary school.

The secretary of the Party branch of the Department of University Giving or the person in charge of students joining the Party.

If you meet your own conditions, you have a great chance to develop yourself on it.
