The College has gathered a group of famous experts and scholars at home and abroad in the fields of professional history, ethics, modern and contemporary literature, China ancient literature, English language and literature, Chinese and foreign linguistics, applied linguistics and so on, and has formed certain teaching characteristics and academic advantages.

College * * * undertakes more than 200 research projects such as major bidding projects of the National Social Science Fund, key research projects of humanities and social sciences of the Ministry of Education, and national science and technology support plan, and has played an active role in national economic, social and cultural construction.

Since 2007, college teachers have published more than 200 books and thousands of papers, and their achievements have won many awards from the Ministry of Education and Beijing Municipality.
