School history:

The school was founded in 1952, formerly known as Northeast Fisheries Technical School. 1958 was upgraded to Dalian Fisheries College, and 1978 was upgraded to Dalian Fisheries College. In 2000, it was placed under the management of Liaoning Province by the Ministry of Agriculture. 20 10 was renamed Dalian Ocean University with the approval of the Ministry of Education. The school is located in the beautiful coastal city of Dalian.

There are three campuses: Huanghai Campus, Bohai Campus and Wafangdian Campus, covering an area of 670,000 square meters, with a sea area of 670,000 square meters for teaching and scientific research and a total construction area of 4 1 10,000 square meters.
