According to the national regulations, college graduates can apply for a new diploma after losing their diplomas, but they cannot do so. The academic certificate is uniformly printed by the Ministry of Education, and the content is basically the same as the graduation certificate. I am bareheaded and stamped with the seal and serial number of the graduation school. Education certificate and graduation certificate have the same effect, and users who go abroad can go to the notary office for notarization.
After the diploma is lost, I should first declare the original diploma invalid in the newspaper, and write written materials, clearly stating my admission time, graduation time, major, age, gender, current work unit, etc. Then bring my valid certificate, copy the admission approval form and diploma stub in the school archives (get the signature form of diploma), and then go through other formalities at the Academic Affairs Office (graduate students go to graduate school, adult graduates go to the College of Continuing Education).
After verification, the school will submit the materials and the Admission Approval Form to the Provincial Department of Education for academic credentials. After reviewing the situation, the Provincial Department of Education may reissue the academic certificate. (Note: The graduation certificate of practical talents graduates cannot be reissued)
