The sixth edition of the Prevention and Control Plan for Primary and Secondary Schools requires strict implementation of the local health management requirements for teachers, students and employees returning to school or other special circumstances in the middle and high-risk areas, low-risk areas and counties (cities, districts and banners) where the middle and high-risk areas are located, and negative proof of nucleic acid testing within 48 hours must be provided before returning to school (subject to the time of issuing the report).
Primary and secondary schools should fully control all access to the campus, implement relatively closed management of the campus, and ensure that the person in charge is responsible and the personnel registration and investigation records are complete. Teachers and students should wear masks when entering the school gate, verify their identities and check their body temperature. Visitors also need to check the health code and register, and irrelevant personnel outside the school are not allowed to enter.
