Yangpu District, which belongs to Shanghai, is located in the northeast of Shanghai central city, on the northwest bank of the lower reaches of Huangpu River, facing Pudong New Area across the river, bordering Hongkou District in the west and Baoshan District in the north. The development of history
Yangshupu Port runs through the north and south of the area, and Yangpu is named after its evolution.
