To submit an application to the Jilin Province Self-taught Examination Office, it must be submitted within one year after graduation, otherwise it will be deemed as automatic waiver. The following conditions must be met when applying:

Requirements for applying for a bachelor's degree

1. After studying and passing the political theory course specified in the examination plan, you can master the basic theory of Marxism and have the preliminary ability to analyze and understand problems by using Marxist positions, viewpoints and methods.

2. Pass the self-study examination, obtain the qualification certificates of all undergraduate courses, complete the graduation thesis and pass the thesis defense, and be granted graduation after examination, which shows that the candidates have really mastered the basic theory, professional knowledge and basic skills of the subject, and have the initial ability to engage in scientific research or undertake professional and technical work.

Candidates applying for bachelor's degree must meet the requirements of the examiner's institution and pass the degree English exam. (Examination institutions have their own regulations on degree awarding. For example, eight majors require an average score of 65 or more to award degrees.
