The written test is not limited by the proportion of the test, and all applicants who pass the online qualification examination can take the written test. Fourth, the transfer policy

1. According to the Interim Measures for the Administration of Selected Graduates, the probation period for newly hired Selected Graduates is 1 year. Those who pass the examination after the expiration of the probation period shall go through the post grading and civil servant registration procedures in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Civil Service Law. If the examination is unqualified, the employment shall be cancelled in accordance with relevant regulations.

2. If Selected Graduates meets the requirements for introducing talents to the workplace, it can enjoy the corresponding level of talent incentive policies or treatment.

3. Promote the connection between the work of Selected Graduates and the work of university student village officials, and arrange Selected Graduates to practice at the grassroots level. Selected Graduates, a provincial and municipal organ, will be arranged to practice in counties (cities, districts), towns (streets) and villages (communities) for at least 2 years after the probation period expires, including at least 1 year in villages (communities). During his tenure in the village (community), he shall perform the relevant duties of university student village officials and be managed according to the university student village officials. After the expiration of two years, he will return to his original post, or he can stay in the county and township organs according to Selected Graduates's own wishes.

4. Encourage Selected Graduates to grow at the grassroots level. Selected Graduates, who has been employed by provincial and municipal party and government organs, volunteered to work in county and township organs, with outstanding performance. According to the needs of the construction of cadres, with the approval of the higher organization department, anyone with a bachelor's degree who has served as a clerk for 2 years can be appointed as a deputy at the township level; Master students who have served as four-level chief clerk for 2 years can be employed as township-level chief clerk; A doctoral student who has served as a second-level chief clerk for 2 years may be appointed as a deputy at the county level.
