According to the reform of the graduate distribution system and the development and changes of the social demand for talents, the school may appropriately adjust the majors of some students with the approval of the higher authorities when necessary.
Thirteenth students to change departments (majors), I submit a written application to the department, the procedures are as follows:
1. Students who transfer to a department (major) within the scope of our college shall be proposed by the department (major) director, recommended by the department (major) director, and approved by the Academic Affairs Office (if they transfer to a department or major due to illness or physical defect, the inspection certificate of the school hospital shall be attached).
2, transferred to other schools, with the consent of the two schools, must also be approved by the higher authorities in the province where the school is located (inter-provincial must be approved by the higher authorities in the two places), transferred to the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government) and copied to the local public security, grain and oil departments.
The procedures for students to change departments (majors) and schools should be handled before the start of each academic year (term).
Fourteenth one of the following circumstances, will not be considered to change majors, transfer:
1, freshmen who have been enrolled for less than one semester;
2. Transferred from ordinary universities to key universities;
3, the third grade of undergraduate (including grade three) or above;
4. There is no justifiable reason.
The changes of students' school status when they change departments (majors) or transfer schools should be recorded in their school status files.
