Bell Cai Ying College of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications is a special zone for undergraduate teaching and management reform of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, and an excellent graduate student source base. It is also the teaching unit of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications.

Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, located in Nanjing, referred to as "Nanyou" for short, is a university jointly established by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the State Post Bureau and Jiangsu Province. It is a national "double-class" construction university, and a class A construction university planned by the Jiangsu Provincial High-level University Construction Summit. It has been selected as one of the national "201/plan" and "165438".

The school, formerly a training class for cadres of the General Administration of Posts and Telecommunications, was founded in Shandong, 1942. After "Zhanyou" school, Shandong University School of Posts and Telecommunications, East China School of Posts and Telecommunications and other stages, it was transformed into an undergraduate college with the approval of the State Council on 1958, and was named Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications in April 2005.

In April 2005, it was renamed Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications. The school was originally a key university directly under the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and the Ministry of Information Industry. The school has four campuses: Xianlin, Sanpailou, Suojincun and Jiangning. There are 25 colleges, offering 6 1 undergraduate majors, with more than 30,000 registered students and more than 2,800 faculty members.

The library of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications implements the operation mode of one library and three floors. Sanpailou Campus Library was completed in June, 1983, with a building area of 753 1 m2 and 850 reading seats, and a building area of 330 18 m2 and 4250 reading seats. Suojincun Campus Library was built in 198 1 year.

By March 2022, the school has enrolled overseas students at three levels, including students from more than 60 countries and more than 700 international students. /kloc-more than 0/000 foreign experts and scholars came to our school to give lectures and visit at international conferences. There are more than 70 overseas exchange programs for students, and Portland College of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, a Chinese-foreign cooperative school, was established in cooperation with Portland State University in the United States to recruit students at three levels.
