University town of Georgia, USA
Today, classical Athens is the most attractive university town in Georgia. Of the tens of thousands of people in this city, more than 30,000 are students of the University of Georgia. The city center is built on several rolling hills. Except for a few small streets, there are small bars, restaurants, bookstores and art shops next to them, which is the campus area of the university. Unlike other cities, there are no arrogant bank buildings and square glass curtain walls. Banks, law firms and doctors' offices still pass through the classical colonnade as they did more than 100 years ago, and the reception room that enters the door imitates the living room with oak floor or real or fake old-fashioned furniture.

The city was born of the university and exists because of the university. The rock music coming from the pub, the flag of the famous American "Shepherd Dog" football team flying everywhere during the football season, and the faces of Asian students you can see every three steps make you feel that this "classical city" is bidding farewell to the past and drifting away. However, when you walk through the shady ancient cemetery and walk on the quiet path named after Baldwin and Milleyer on campus, you can still feel the strong sunshine in the south like the Mediterranean, like the source of western civilization-Athens of Greece and Athens of the gods. There are also three northerners walking silently in the sun.
