Why does milk always flow out?
This is caused by too much milk, and the solution is as follows:

Breast-feeding underwear, anti-galactorrhea pad

Breast-feeding mothers had better wear breast-feeding underwear, which can not only prevent breast sagging during breastfeeding, but also squeeze nipples to a certain extent to prevent excessive milk overflow. When going out, adding anti-breast-spilling pads to nursing underwear can avoid embarrassment of mothers in public.

Squeeze out excess milk

If the breast-feeding mother has too much milk, the baby can't finish it at all. You can squeeze out the extra milk after the baby eats one side of the milk or after the baby eats the milk, in case the milk is not discharged in time and the breast is full, it will be discharged by itself.

Hold the breast with a towel and rub it.

When a mother is breastfeeding her baby, she will feel that there is milk flowing out. She can hold the breast on the other side with a towel and rub it quickly in one direction, which can reduce the occurrence of milk flow to a certain extent and wet the clothes.

Use a breast pump

Mom, there are many cases of milk flow. When you feel the increased burden of milk, you can use the breast pump to relieve the pressure on your breasts, but don't pause, as long as you feel comfortable.

Note: lactating mothers should not use breast pumps too often. Too smooth breasts will increase the number of times of milk flow.
