Guangzhou Panyu Vocational and Technical College (formerly Panyu Institute of Technology, Panyu Vocational and Technical College) was established in 1993 and officially approved by the Ministry of Education in September, 1997. It is the first batch of public full-time ordinary higher vocational colleges in China and the first one in Guangzhou.

The school is a five-lake landscape ecological campus, and the landscape area accounts for 65% of the total area. With beautiful scenery, lush flowers and trees and evergreen seasons, the campus is a garden-style unit in Guangzhou. 20 12 was awarded the "Charming Campus of National Vocational Colleges", which is regarded as one of the most beautiful universities in China and a good place for aspiring, cultivating oneself and studying.
