Policy of undergraduate graduates serving as soldiers
Legal analysis: First, enjoy the "four priorities". In addition to the normal preferential treatment for conscripts, college students also enjoy priority in registration, physical examination, approval and distribution.

The second is to retain admission qualifications. When college students join the army, colleges and universities retain their school status or admission qualifications, and are allowed to resume their studies or admission within 2 years after retirement, reducing tuition fees.

Third, you can change your major after returning to school. After returning to school, college soldiers can be transferred to other majors in our school with the consent of the school and the relevant procedures.

The fourth is to enjoy preferential treatment for further studies. From 20021year, the enrollment scale of graduate students majoring in "college soldiers" has expanded from 5000 to 8000 every year. After retiring from the army and completing college education, students with college education can attend ordinary undergraduate or adult undergraduate courses without examination from 2022.

Fifth, the state subsidizes tuition fees. The state gives one-time compensation to the tuition fees paid by college students who have been recruited into the army during their school days. Undergraduate and junior college students do not exceed 8000 yuan per year, and graduate students do not exceed 12000 yuan per year.

The sixth is to issue extra preferential payments and one-time bonuses. Full-time undergraduate graduates, junior college graduates and college students enlisted from our county will receive an annual increase of 60%, 40% and 20% respectively on the basis of the original standard. Starting from 202 1, all full-time college students who enlisted from our county in that year will be given a one-time reward, including undergraduate graduates 15000 yuan, junior college graduates 10000 yuan, and undergraduate and above students 4000 yuan (excluding freshmen). Direct recruitment of non-commissioned officers graduates will be rewarded with 5,000 yuan at a time, and junior college graduates will be rewarded with 3,000 yuan at a time.

Legal basis: Article 45 of the Military Service Law of People's Republic of China (PRC). Students in ordinary colleges and universities must receive basic military training during their school days. According to the needs of national defense construction, short-term intensive training will be given to students who are suitable for officers' posts. Those who pass the examination will be approved by military organs to serve in the officers' reserve.
