Many people often ask too much of college students. They think that college students can't get a high salary and a good job after graduation, which means failure. Personally, I disagree with them.

I have met some people whose attitude towards money is just to spend enough, and they have no idea to get a large sum of money to become a multi-millionaire.

Material desires are very low. They like reading and thinking, and hope to live a quiet life.

But if this is their goal, as long as they achieve this goal at the end of this life, then their life is not a failure.

Obviously, the phrase "life without making money is failure" only applies to people whose life goal is to make money, but not to people with other life goals.

One of the reasons is that college students who have just entered the society prefer long working hours and low pressure jobs to high-paying and high-pressure jobs. After all, for college students who have just joined the work, most of them have no life pressure. Many people don't choose high-intensity jobs for health reasons.

The second reason is that most college students will be more inclined to choose a job that can reflect their own values. For example, a large company with high salary and perfect system may just follow the company's steady development after leaving. On the other hand, some small companies, with low wages and great room for development, will give them more opportunities to show their talents and will be more favored by college students. Of course, we can't generalize, but we still have to look at the specific situation.

The last reason is that most college students can't meet the requirements of high-paying jobs. Just entering the society and having little work experience, many college students will subconsciously avoid high-paying jobs. Or many people think that they are not qualified for this kind of work after self-evaluation, and simply don't even go to the consultation.
