Xi University of Technology is a multidisciplinary university located in Xi, Shaanxi Province. It has many functional departments, including finance department, information office, logistics group, personnel department, academic affairs department, science and technology department and student affairs office. As a work assistant of the functional departments of the school, I can feel the important role of these departments in the school and provide strong support for ensuring the normal operation of the school.

Among the several functional departments I contacted, the personnel department impressed me the most. The personnel department is one of the management departments of the school, which is mainly responsible for the personnel work and management of the school. Specific work includes talent introduction, employment management, salary and welfare, etc. With the outbreak of COVID-19 epidemic, all the work of the school has been postponed or suspended, so the personnel department is also facing unprecedented challenges in this special period.

In addition, I also participated in the work of other functional departments of the school, such as financial management and logistics group. In these departments, I feel that every job has its own unique difficulties and challenges, and it needs meticulous and standardized operation to ensure that every link can be successfully completed.
