4. The academic level of candidates must meet one of the following conditions:

(1) Full-time undergraduate graduates of national education series with nationally recognized academic qualifications (a nationally recognized undergraduate diploma and bachelor's degree certificate must be obtained before the master's entrance);

(2) Previous graduates who have obtained nationally recognized academic qualifications:

(1) Previous undergraduate graduates who have obtained nationally recognized bachelor's degrees and bachelor's degrees;

(3) Those who have obtained academic qualifications/degrees outside Chinese mainland must obtain the undergraduate diploma issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education and the academic degree certificate outside China at the latest before entering the school on 202 1, otherwise the admission qualification will be invalid.

6. To register for the national postgraduate entrance examination for the following professional degrees, the following conditions shall be met:

(1) Those who sign up for the entrance examination for master's degree in law (illegal studies) are non-law majors before entering the examination (law graduates in the undergraduate professional catalogue of ordinary colleges and universities [code: 030 1] and law graduates in the form of self-taught examinations are not allowed to enter the examination);

(2) Those who sign up for the entrance examination for MBA graduate students must have more than three years' work experience after graduating from university, or more than two years' work experience after obtaining a master's degree or doctoral degree.

7. The following colleges and majors in our school have restrictions on candidates' undergraduate majors and are not allowed to apply for cross-majors:

(1) French majors (French language and literature, French interpretation, French translation) are limited to undergraduate candidates majoring in French or French (international relations) and diplomacy (French and French-speaking countries) in Beijing Foreign Studies University.

(2) The majors of German language and literature, German interpretation and German translation in German College are limited to candidates majoring in German.

(3) The Bulgarian language and literature, Romanian language and literature and Hungarian language and literature in the European Language Institute are limited to candidates majoring in the corresponding languages.

(4) Asian and African languages and literature [language and literature (Hindi), language and literature (Burmese), language and literature (Persian), social culture (Philippine social culture), social culture (Sri Lanka social culture), social culture (Myanmar social culture), social culture (Laos social culture)], Korean interpretation and Thai translation are limited to undergraduate students. Social culture (Vietnamese social culture) allows cross-disciplinary examination, but it must have a certain foundation in Vietnamese and reach the second-year level of Vietnamese major.

8. Candidates should carefully check whether they meet the requirements of the Ministry of Education and our school before registering. Our school will examine the qualifications of candidates in two stages: online confirmation (on-site confirmation) and re-examination. Those who do not meet the requirements will be disqualified, and the consequences will be borne by the candidates themselves.
