Wuzhou University has different enrollment batches in each province, including undergraduate enrollment, second undergraduate enrollment, specialist enrollment, first general enrollment, first parallel enrollment and second parallel enrollment. According to the first batch of general enrollment, its enrollment in Jiangxi, Guangxi, Ningxia and other provinces in 2022 belongs to the second batch of undergraduate enrollment, which can be regarded as two universities.

Wuzhou College, formerly known as Wuzhou Branch of Guangxi University, was founded in 1985. From June 5438 to October 2003 10, the former Wuzhou Education College and the former Wuzhou Normal School merged into Wuzhou Branch of Guangxi University. In February 2006, the Ministry of Education approved the establishment of Wuzhou College on the basis of Wuzhou Branch of Guangxi University. Wuzhou University is a multi-disciplinary public undergraduate college organized by the people's government of the autonomous region.

Wuzhou University is located in Wuzhou City, Guangxi, which is known as the Millennium ancient city, the century-old commercial port and the world man-made products capital. Wuzhou is the birthplace of higher education in Guangxi. 1928, Guangxi University was founded in Wuzhou. Wuzhou University Campus is located on the west coast of Guangxi, with pleasant scenery, elegance and livability. The campus covers an area of about 776,000 square meters, and the existing construction area is about 375,000 square meters. Wuzhou University currently has 14 teaching units, 7 auxiliary teaching units and 19 party and government organizations.
