General rule

Article 1 In accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Notice of the Ministry of Education on Doing a Good Job in Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities in 2020, in order to standardize the full-time enrollment of ordinary colleges and universities (hereinafter referred to as enrollment) and ensure the smooth enrollment, these Articles of Association are formulated in combination with the actual situation of undergraduate enrollment in our university.

Article 2 The national standard code of Wuhan Institute of Technology (hereinafter referred to as the school) is "10490", the legal representative is Wang Cunwen, and the registered address is No.206, Guanggu 1st Road, Donghu New Technology Development Zone, Wuhan. There are Wuchang Campus (No.693 Xiongchu Avenue, Wuhan) and Liu Fang Campus (No.206 Guanggu 1st Road, Donghu New Technology Development Zone, Wuhan).

Article 3 Schools are public full-time ordinary institutions of higher learning with the right to confer master's and doctoral degrees. The school was founded by the central government and Hubei Province, and is mainly managed by Hubei Province.

Article 4 The School of Posts and Telecommunications and Information Engineering of Wuhan Institute of Technology is an independent college organized by Wuhan Institute of Technology in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state, and its enrollment work is implemented in accordance with the Enrollment Charter of the School of Posts and Telecommunications and Information Engineering of Wuhan Institute of Technology.

Article 5 The main targets of school enrollment are: general liberal arts and art college entrance examination students.

Article 6 Students who have completed their studies and passed the examination shall be awarded a nationally recognized undergraduate diploma by the school. Those who meet the conditions for granting a bachelor's degree shall be awarded a bachelor's degree certificate.

Chapter I Organization and its Responsibilities

Chapter II Enrollment Plan

Tenth schools according to the spirit of the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education and the actual conditions of running a school, combined with the preparation and use of the student source plan in recent years, in accordance with the principle of "optimizing the student source structure and promoting regional balance", scientifically and reasonably prepare the annual student enrollment plan. Within the annual enrollment scale approved by the state, the school reserves a small number of plans, and the use of the reserved plans adheres to the principles of collective deliberation, collective decision-making, openness and transparency, and is used to adjust the imbalance of candidates admitted to the provincial unified examination.

Eleventh schools in the relevant provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government) according to the local provincial admissions office announced the enrollment plan.

Chapter III Entrance Examination

Chapter IV Access Rules

Fourteenth non-parallel volunteer provinces, if there is no special requirement, the proportion of schools consulting candidates' files is generally 1: 1.2. Unless there are special requirements, the proportion of schools in parallel volunteer's registered provinces consulting student files generally does not exceed 1: 1.05.

Fifteenth schools give priority to the first volunteer candidates. If the number of first-choice candidates is insufficient, candidates who are not first-choice candidates can be admitted to our school. In principle, candidates who do not fill in our school's volunteers will not be admitted.

Sixteenth candidates to enter the file in accordance with the principle of priority scores to determine the admission major. If the total score of the cultural course in the college entrance examination is the same, the score of the single subject is not less than 90 points on the scale of 150, and priority is given to admission; If the conditions remain unchanged, priority will be given to those who have high scores in relevant professional subjects. When the candidates' reported majors are not satisfied, if they are subject to adjustment, they will be admitted to the majors that are not fully recorded according to the candidates' scores, otherwise they will not be admitted.

For provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government) with elective subjects, the school takes the total score of the compulsory subjects of candidates and the elective subjects of our school as the total admission score in principle. When the total score is the same, priority will be given to those with high scores in the selected subjects. When there are not enough online candidates for the selected subjects in our school, we can consider recruiting candidates for part-time subjects. Unless otherwise stipulated by the provincial admissions office where the candidate is located.

Article 17 The admission principle of art undergraduate majors in schools is: the total score of candidates' majors is based on the total score of the joint entrance examination in the province where the candidates are located, and they are selected according to local policies. If there is no clear stipulation, our school will select the best candidates from high to low according to the sum of 40% of the candidates' total cultural scores and 60% of their total professional scores.

Article 18 Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools only recruits candidates who volunteer to fill in their majors. When the number of volunteers in this major is insufficient, candidates with volunteers in this major can be admitted at the landing point of the investment line until the batch line.

Article 19 The admission of undergraduate and junior college students in independent colleges shall be subject to the policies and regulations of the provincial admissions office where the candidates are located.

Twentieth colleges and universities examination enrollment system comprehensive reform pilot provinces and cities enrollment work according to local policies.

Twenty-first candidates who meet the conditions of excellent or low scores are given priority in accordance with Articles 14 and 15 of the Articles of Association.

Twenty-second, except for the majors specified in the enrollment plan, the school is not limited to candidates taking foreign languages, but after the freshmen enter the school, the school arranges English as the first foreign language teaching.

Twenty-third in addition to the major specified in the professional enrollment plan, the school implements the "Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities" and related supplementary provisions for the health requirements of candidates.

Twenty-fourth schools do not limit the proportion of men and women in all majors, and all previous students and fresh students are treated equally.

Chapter V Admission of Freshmen

Twenty-sixth freshmen should report for duty within the time specified in the admission notice. If they cannot enter school on schedule for some reason, they should ask for leave from the school. Those who fail to ask for leave or ask for leave overdue shall be deemed to have waived their admission qualification except for justified reasons such as force majeure.

Twenty-seventh according to state regulations, freshmen must pay tuition, accommodation and other service fees. Tuition fees, accommodation fees and other service charges of all majors in the school shall be implemented according to the standards determined by the relevant departments of Hubei provincial government in that year, and shall be sent to freshmen together with the admission notice.

Twenty-eighth students after admission, the school shall review in accordance with the provisions of the state enrollment within 3 months. If it is found that the review is unqualified, the student status will be cancelled; If the circumstances are serious, the school will hand it over to relevant departments for investigation and handling. In the review, it is found that students' physical and mental conditions are not suitable for studying at school, and their admission qualifications can be retained according to relevant regulations. Freshmen should apply for admission to the school before the expiration of the admission qualification. After passing the examination by the school, go through the admission procedures. Twenty-ninth according to the regulations of the school, freshmen with special financial difficulties can apply for national student loans with relevant certificates after entering school.
