Li Yunlong was real during his stay in War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression.

Li Yunlong (19 19- 1965): a native of Changting, Fujian. 1933 joined the red army, 1936 joined the party. Participated in the Long March. During the period of War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, he served as the propagandist of the 686th Regiment of the 343rd Brigade of the Eighth Route Army1/KLOC-5 Division, the instructor of the 5th Regiment of the 2nd Brigade of the Eighth Route Army 1 15 Division, and the director of the political department of the 5th Regiment of Lunan Military Region. During the War of Liberation, he served as the Special Service Corps, Deputy Political Commissar and Political Commissar of the 8th Longitudinal Training Regiment of East China Field Army, Director of the Political Department of the 34th Army 100 Division of East China Field Army, and Deputy Political Commissar of the 33rd Army 100 Division of East China Field Army. Participated in Laiwu Campaign, Menglianggu Campaign, Huaihai Campaign and Crossing the River Campaign. After the establishment of People's Republic of China (PRC), he served as the political commissar of the 63rd division of anti-aircraft artillery, the political commissar of Daishan Garrison in Zhousheng Fortress, and the deputy director of the political department in Zhousheng Fortress. Participated in the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea. 1955 was awarded the rank of senior colonel. 1965 died of illness.
