My understanding of humanistic care
Humanistic care or humanistic breath is a word with a wide meaning. In fact, I am not very clear about why I wrote this article.

But write if you want, just write like this, just write if you want.

When I was a freshman, a college student training institution called Espen University, which had no campus, was going to hold a college student forum in Chongqing. It's a pity that they just arrived in our class when they came to the school for publicity.

The teacher gave each of us a leaflet. Because it was posted in class, and they also got the consent of the professional teachers who were in class at that time, many people in our class went to the interview of the forum.

I remember when I went, their interview was almost over. In order to hurry, the interview teacher asked me to interview with two other girls.

The interview question is very simple, in fact, the grading standard given by the teacher is also very clear. The teacher said that they only have one place left at present, so they should choose one of the three.

I roughly observed the other two girls, one of whom was very shy and didn't dare to say anything when asking questions for a long time, so she was basically not competitive. The other is our senior, who feels very calm, but always frowns when answering questions, feeling as if others owe her millions.

I remember the last question asked by the interview teacher very clearly. He said, "What do you think of your school?"

I didn't think much at that time, and blurted out that our school had no humanistic atmosphere.

After I answered this question, I found that the interviewer's eyes suddenly became deep. After listening to my words, the senior sister next to me immediately retorted: "Why is there no humanistic atmosphere? Everyone goes to class together every day. There are so many people on the school road and the humanistic atmosphere is so strong. "

At that time, I didn't know how to answer my senior's question, and I couldn't tell her that humanistic breath is not human flavor, but the existence of humanistic breath lies in the number of people.

After the senior finished this sentence, I saw a flash of disdain on the interview teacher's face. At that moment, I knew I had won the threesome.

As for the later forum for college students, I actually felt quite disappointed.

Their main content is to publicize their college students' "streaking" activities, and the registration fee is more than 5 thousand. Those who have no money can also borrow money from their institutions first, so that I can earn money and repay the loan during the activity.

I didn't sign up. First, I don't have that much money. Second, I don't trust them.

Later, online loans were exposed. I also wonder from time to time whether they are just a deceptive online lending institution.

The teacher who interviewed me at that time is still on my WeChat friends list. At present, he is a training teacher for the national examination interview. Some time ago, I saw him send a circle of friends to clean up friends. I should have been deleted.

In the next semester of junior year, the school should evaluate the teaching quality of undergraduates. The scope of assessment is very wide, and the results of unqualified assessment are also very serious.

To evaluate this place, the whole school is really busy.

At that time, our professional teacher was 53 years old. In her words, in order not to be "unemployed" before retirement, she repeatedly stressed that all of us must cooperate with our teachers to make this evaluation.

Fortunately, the evaluation experts didn't listen to our class, and the experts in school teaching quality and experiment development didn't ask for rectification.

However, according to the professional teacher, the judging experts severely criticized the school leaders for their serious lack of humanistic care.

Experts who came to the school to participate in the evaluation said: there is no air conditioning in the classroom and no air conditioning in the dormitory, and the school does not care enough about students; There are too many cobwebs on the ceiling of the classroom, and the broken floor tiles and induction lamp in the corridor can be rectified; The conditions in the teachers' lounge are too bad to give enough care to the teachers. ...

In short, all the rectification requirements put forward by the evaluation experts seem to revolve around the lack of humanistic care in our school.

After the evaluation, the school installed air conditioners in classrooms and dormitories, renovated the teachers' lounge, and began to build tennis courts. In addition, the newborn six-person bedroom has also become a four-person bedroom for sleeping under the table.

Although we can't enjoy sleeping for four, it's still good to rectify. Summer in Chongqing is really hot. There is no air-conditioned classroom. God knows how we got through these three years.

I have been in Chongqing for three years, and if nothing else, my heat resistance has improved a lot.

I rented a house off campus during the summer vacation to prepare for the postgraduate entrance examination. Because I went late, there was no room for the air-conditioned classrooms in other schools.

We occupy a classroom with only a fan in the liberal arts school of other schools, and we usually order takeout in the classroom when we don't want to go to the cafeteria.

There are four desks outside the classroom of the College of Liberal Arts. Three small ones can seat four people and one big one can seat twelve people. There is a pot of green plants on each table, and someone is responsible for watering the green plants every day. There is a socket on the floor under the desk, which can be used to charge the mobile phone or computer. Table for twelve with leather stools and table for four with sofas.

The classroom is about fifteen minutes away from the canteen, so many people always order takeout at noon every day. After the takeaway is delivered, everyone eats slowly on the table outside the classroom.

Only after we find a good place to eat takeout, my roommate and I will often order takeout in the classroom, and we can sit on the sofa and chat for a while after eating takeout.

One day after eating takeout, I suddenly lamented: Why is there no such place for people to sit, lie and rest in our school?

Roommate paused and said, "Our school is a classroom, so the layout is not for people to rest, but for us to study hard."

When my roommate said this, an idea suddenly came to my mind: the so-called humanistic care is a choice.

Even in the teaching area, you can choose to study or not. In terms of study, schools can provide a good environment, rest and a good environment.

Similarly, euthanasia is still controversial. The ultimate humanistic concern should be that everyone can choose whether to continue his life or not.

This is the humanistic concern I want to express in this nonsense article.

This ending seems a bit sudden, but it's even more nonsense when written.

My point of view ends here. You are welcome to give me any other understanding about humanistic care or humanistic atmosphere.
