With the help of the new medical reform plan, college students are included in the scope of medical insurance. In this way, the security level of college students has improved a lot, and the burden of colleges and universities has also been reduced. However, from the perspective of insurance costs, although the amount of "out-of-pocket payment" is still unknown, some college students with poor economic conditions, good health and self-reliance may have conflicts with inclusion in medical insurance because of the burden of payment.
