Zhou, male, Han nationality,1956/kloc-0, born in June, is a native of Nanxian County, Hunan Province, with a doctoral degree, a professor and a doctoral supervisor. /kloc-0 joined the China * * * production party in April, 1985, and 1973 10 joined the work. He is currently the president of Lanzhou University, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the representative of the 11th National People's Congress.

He has been engaged in the teaching and scientific research of steel structure and steel-concrete composite structure in structural engineering for a long time. He has presided over more than 20 national and provincial scientific research projects, such as major projects of the national key scientific research plan, key projects of international scientific cooperation of the Ministry of Science and Technology, key projects of the National Natural Science Fund, key scientific research projects of the Ministry of Education, special research fund projects of doctoral programs in colleges and universities, projects of 10,000 key teachers in colleges and universities, and key projects of the Hunan Natural Science Fund.

The projects he presided over and participated in won the second and third prizes of National Science and Technology Progress Award, the first and second prizes of Hunan Science and Technology Progress Award, the first prize of Hubei Science and Technology Progress Award, the first prize of Shaanxi Science and Technology Progress Award, the first prize of China University Science and Technology Progress Award, the second prize of University Technology Invention Award, the second prize of Chongqing Science and Technology Progress Award, and the second prize of Huaxia Construction Science and Technology Award of Ministry of Construction, and won two national invention patents and utility model patents. He has won the first prize of outstanding teaching achievement in Hunan Province, the first prize of outstanding teaching achievement in Shaanxi Province and the second prize of national teaching achievement.
