? Qiu, 1975 was born in Jinxiang, Shandong Province, and 1999 graduated from the Calligraphy Department of Liaocheng University. He studied under Zhou Xindian, Zhao Xuelun, Duan, Zheng Peiliang and other famous calligraphers. After graduation, he has been engaged in the teaching of calligraphy college entrance examination in high school for more than ten years, and nearly 100 students have been admitted to many art colleges such as China and the United States, Gome and Nanyi.

? His works have won the first prize in the 5th and 6th China Youth Exhibition, the 1st Lin Sanzhi Prize National Calligraphy and Painting Media Exhibition in Nanjing, the national calligraphy exhibition to commemorate the 2578th anniversary of Lao Zi's birth, the first prize in the first national calligraphy exhibition for individual enterprises, and the calligraphy paper "Preference for writing, advocating diversified forms", co-authored with Mr. Xiao, won the first prize in the 2nd National Official Script Forum and the 10th National Calligraphy Seal Cutting Exhibition, and served as the representative of the participating authors in the country.

He is currently a member of China Calligraphers Association, a member of Shandong Calligraphers Association, a special editor of China Calligraphy and Painting World Network, a member of Jining Kaoqu Professional Committee of China Calligraphy Association, a vice chairman of Southwest Shandong Calligraphy and Painting Education Association, a workshop researcher and a vice chairman of Jinxiang Calligraphers Association.
