Hu Yuexing, male, was born in 1963, Han nationality, party member. He is currently the director, professor and doctor of the research and development department of the examination and evaluation research center for leading cadres of the National School of Administration. He has studied, worked and exercised in Shaanxi Normal University, Ningxia University, Suzhou University, Fudan University, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Party Committee Organization Department, Central Organization Department and other universities, research institutes and party and government organs. As an important member of the investigation team, I have visited Australia, France, Britain, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Italy and other countries with the Central Organization Department and the National School of Administration. He presided over the completion of national, provincial and ministerial scientific research projects 16, published academic works such as Modern Leadership Psychology, Evaluation of Modern Leadership Talents, and Mental Health Reader for Leading Cadres 15, and published more than 70 academic papers. At present, he is in charge of the research work of key projects such as the National Social Science Fund Project "Empirical Research on Competency of County-level Party and Government Leading Cadres in China Local Government" (project approval number: 06BZZ008).
