The college has five functional departments: comprehensive management office, enrollment and student status management department, training center, self-taught examination center and teaching resources and technology development department. The college has 22 employees. In September 2008, the school adjusted the leading group of the college, 1 full-time leader and 2 deputy leaders, and the personnel structure was further streamlined. The existing staff 19, consists of five functional departments, namely, comprehensive management office, enrollment affairs department, resource production and technology development department, training center and self-taught examination center, which are fully responsible for the online education, adult education, non-academic education and self-taught examination of the school.
