Minnan Normal University (Minnan Normal University for short) is a key construction university in Fujian Province, a "double-first-class" construction university in Fujian Province and a national first-class professional construction university. The school is located in Zhangzhou City, Fujian Province. At present, Party Secretary Wu Bin and President Li Shunxing.

As of March 2022, the school has two campuses, Beijiangbin and Yuanshan, covering an area of about 2,000 mu. Minnan Normal University was founded in the spring of 1958, and Fujian Second Normal College was founded in 1963. Fujian Second Normal College was reopened in 1986 with the approval of the former State Education Commission, and was renamed Zhangzhou Normal College, and was renamed Minnan Normal College in April of 20 13.

By 2022, Minnan Normal University will rank 319 in China University of Soft Science in 2022; In 2022, ABC ranked 334th in the list of Chinese universities.
