2. Mainland residents over the age of 60 who have lived in non-registered places for more than 6 months may submit applications for mainland residents' travel permits and endorsements to and from Taiwan at their places of residence;
3. Mainland residents who have lived in non-registered places for more than 6 months may submit applications for renewal and replacement of mainland residents' travel permits to and from Taiwan and the same kind of endorsements to Taiwan again.
4. China citizens who have settled abroad may apply to the exit-entry administration department of the public security organ in their temporary residence for going to Taiwan Province Province after coming to the mainland.
The above-mentioned convenience measures do not include national staff registered for the record.
Mainland residents who apply for individual travel to Taiwan near their place of residence shall live in cities where individual travel to Taiwan is opened.
Second, the application materials
1. Submit the Application Form for Entry and Exit Certificates of China Citizens (with bareheaded color photos of the applicant).
2. Submit a valid resident ID card (except for 16 years old) and the original residence booklet, and submit a copy; Holders of valid mainland residents' passes to and from Taiwan shall submit the Mainland Residents' Pass to and from Taiwan. 3. Submit a valid certificate of studying in Taiwan or a confirmed certificate of studying in Taiwan Province, and submit a copy (except for group tours and individual tours to Taiwan).
4. Submit other supporting materials related to the application.
(1) Invitation from Taiwan Province Province: ① Submit the original "Approval Document for Going to Taiwan" issued by the Taiwan Province Affairs Department or a copy confirmed by the provincial Taiwan Province Affairs Department. (2) If the applicant applies in the workplace, submit the work certificate, the original temporary residence permit and a copy. (3) I can apply, or I can be handled by a group unit. If it is done by a group unit, the agent must submit a letter of introduction from the unit.

5. Non-household registration places shall handle the submission of application materials.
(1) Spouses who are not registered in this city and children under the age of 16 shall submit their kinship certificates.
(2) The employee submits a certificate issued by the social security department that he has paid social insurance at the place of employment for more than one year; Certificate of attendance issued by the school; The spouses and children of the above-mentioned personnel shall submit certificates (including residence permit and temporary residence permit, etc.). Certificate issued by the public security organ of the place of residence for more than 6 months (inclusive). If the household registration book cannot prove kinship, other supporting materials shall be submitted.

Y endorsement: issued to those who go to Taiwan for economic, cultural, scientific, technological, sports, academic and other exchange activities or attend meetings. You can issue a valid endorsement every 6 months or 1 year, 2 years or 3 years.
F Endorsement: issued to persons who go to Taiwan Province for economic and trade exchange activities. You can issue a valid endorsement every 6 months or 1 year, 2 years or 3 years.
C endorsement: issued to flight attendants who perform direct cross-strait shipping tasks, and issued multiple valid endorsements 1 year.
