He was provided with a suite, new furniture, air conditioning, sofa, TV, quilt, toothbrush and other supplies in the village Committee for free. And provided him with a free working meal in the village canteen.
The second is to give up your seat. Boldly appoint and employ college students, let them devote themselves to specific work as soon as possible, and strive to hone and improve themselves in practice. Five selected college students all hold multiple positions. Except for the assistant to the director of the village (neighborhood) committee, four of them serve as the secretary of the Youth League branch to exercise their comprehensive coordination and organizational management skills. Part-time liaison of village-run enterprises to experience the management ability of rural collective economy; Two college students from party member were appointed as members of the General Party Branch to comprehensively cultivate the working ability of grass-roots organizations.
The third is teaching methods. On August 4th, the Organization Department of the county party committee conducted pre-job adaptability training for the selected college students. On September 20 10, I was sent to XXX village, XXX township as an assistant secretary of the branch. It's been almost four months now. Looking back on my work, study and life in the village these months, I was deeply touched. With the help of leaders at all levels and the care and support of my colleagues, I have gradually completed the transformation and adaptation of the role of rural grassroots workers, and I am full of optimism and confidence in this job. By honing their abilities and ideas, they have been promoted. The countryside is a vast world where they can make great achievements. I think to be a good village official, we should strive to achieve the following points. Now I will talk about some of my experiences and feelings. First of all, we should strengthen our study and improve our comprehensive quality.
Their own quality is related to the vital interests of the masses, whether they can grasp the relevant policies to benefit farmers and get rich information in time to lead the masses to get rich, and whether they can do their jobs well and make suggestions for village-level work. Learning is the first priority to improve the quality and ability of village officials, and it is also the ladder to promote the work. In our work, we should not only learn from books, but also from practice and the people. If we don't study, our knowledge will get old, our thinking will become rigid, our ability will deteriorate, and people's trust in us will decline. Really understand the party's principles, policies and lines in rural areas, publicize policies and regulations closely related to the people, and dare to be "propagandists" in rural work.

As an assistant secretary of the branch, a college student village official and a secretary, we should assist the secretary of the branch to do a good job in party building, make more suggestions by using the relevant knowledge learned at school, timely convey relevant policies for benefiting farmers to the masses, grasp the information of developing and getting rich in time, promote the economic development of the village and the construction of new countryside, and increase farmers' income. As an operator of distance education, it is necessary to help the masses to collect the information of getting rich in time according to the needs of different groups such as party member, cadres, experts in getting rich, rural brokers, rural specialized households and teenagers, and arrange the teaching contents of political theory, policies and regulations, rural practical technology, market information, experience in getting rich, rural health, family planning, popular science knowledge, culture and sports, civic morality, etc., and determine a theme every month to carry out targeted distance education. Actively assist the village branch committee to mediate villagers' disputes, resolve neighborhood conflicts, be a good "information officer" and "mediator" in rural areas, give full play to the effective role of village officials, coordinate leading cadres in villages around village-level centers, directly face the peasants, report to the branch secretary for instructions, strengthen communication and understanding, and promote village-level work in by going up one flight of stairs.
Third, we should go deep into the grassroots and give play to the role of farmers.
As village officials, in the eyes of others, we are college students with high IQ and high skills who can repay the society, but in fact we are just fledgling primary school students in rural areas. Rural work is numerous and trivial, but everything is related to the vital interests of rural people. To work at the grassroots level in rural areas, you must first be a farmer and then a village official. No amount of theoretical knowledge can be done well without practical experience. Therefore, we should treat ourselves as "farmers", treat farmers as relatives, respect farmers, respect local customs and habits, work diligently at the grassroots level, pay more attention to the most difficult, urgent and needed things of farmers, walk in the fields, listen to the voices of the masses, consult experienced cadres in party member, learn from everyone around us, and constantly improve the level of serving the countryside and the masses.

Experiences and gains from the work of village officials of three university students.
It's August of 20 13. Three years ago, I graduated from school and set foot on the sacred post of college student village official. Looking back on these three years is unusual and meaningful. These three years are an important stage in my life, and they have laid a solid foundation for my future life. In the past three years, I have experienced a lot, practiced a lot, suffered and enjoyed, and paid more and more. All this is inseparable from the concern of the county organization department and the leaders of the town party Committee, and from the support of village-level cadres and the masses. Let me talk about some feelings in the past three years. 1, straighten your position and quickly enter the role.
The vast countryside is a school with life experience, but when we just walked out of the university campus and worked directly at the grassroots level, we were so confused about how to be a good "village official". Under the care and instruction of the leaders, I realized that if I want to work at the grassroots level, the first thing I have to do is to straighten my position and enter the role of village official. Adaptation, this should be the key word for my first year as a village official.
2. Be proactive and learn while doing.
After the first year of active adaptation, the key word for the second year should be busy. (1) Be familiar with the business and do the basic work in the village. With my familiarity with grass-roots work, I came into full contact with village-level work. Only when you really go deep will you know that you have to learn too much and do more. Our village is close to the county seat. With the planning of the county, more and more land is expropriated, which brings many difficulties. If the masses don't cooperate, the land acquisition site is often very noisy. I followed the village cadres as mediators, and the weather was hot, and I kept explaining and persuading, and my voice was hoarse. There are a series of forms for the registration and declaration of old-age insurance for landless farmers, all of which I am responsible for. I contacted the Land Bureau for many times to study and finally completed the endowment insurance for landless farmers in this village. There is also family planning work, and I often give reports. I actively assisted the director of the family planning office to run the family planning office and enter information. I have done a series of work involving data collection and entry in the village, with heavy tasks and frequent overtime. After hard work, the data input in our village is not slow, and it has been repeatedly affirmed by the town leaders. The completion of the work gives me a great sense of accomplishment. (2) Have a systematic understanding of the work of town departments and grass-roots work. According to the arrangement of the town party Committee, I worked in the town comprehensive management office for more than a year. Working in the town department, I have more learning channels and learned more information and interpersonal relationships. This is very helpful for future work. Working in the comprehensive management office, I have developed a careful habit, being patient with everything, and giving up my previous impetuous shortcomings. Because the comprehensive management office has a lot of work information, it should be clearly divided and sorted out one by one. For the part of letters and visits, I contacted more types of people, learned more new contradictions and learned new methods, which benefited a lot.
3. Have a firm belief, love what I choose and choose what I love.
With the busy work in senior three, more people have other directions, which also makes me start thinking about my future. I have been confused and struggling, but it also reminds me of my original mentality, that is, my initial heart: taking root at the grassroots level. I insist on finding this belief and am proud that I am a university student village official. Although there are difficulties in work, inconvenience in life and hesitation in thought, as long as there is firm belief, there is a direction of struggle. Grassroots need us very much, and the countryside is vast and can make a difference. Losing a minimum living allowance information and thinking that a family is protected by national policies; Writing a medical insurance certificate will think that villagers can get compensation smoothly; Making a land security form will make a family without land compensated. This is the significance of our village official work.
4. Be honest and grateful, and make friends with the masses.
Three years is a short but long time. What I want to say most in three years' work is gratitude. I am grateful to the leaders for their concern for us young people who have just set foot on the job, and to the villagers of the "two committees" for their tolerance and support for my work.
