Emblem of Yunnan University:

Interpretation: The emblem of Yunnan University is a double circular symbol, with the words "Yunnan University" and the date of its establishment in Chinese and English, with the standard Chinese font of Yunnan University as the hairstyle, the line drawing pattern of "Hui Ze Garden" in the center of the inner circle, and the words "1923" below the image symbol, representing the year when the school was first established.

Line drawing pattern of Huize Academy-As Huize Academy is a landmark building of Dayun, it is almost the same age as Dayun (the foundation of Huize Academy was laid on the opening day of Hokuriku University), so it can best symbolize Dayun.

In the line drawing pattern of Hui Ze Garden, the long bar is "ten", the short bar is "one", the long bar is "ninety" and the short bar is "five", indicating the number of the Ninth Five-Year Plan. The whole design is sea blue, which means "all rivers run into the sea, with great tolerance".
