Application conditions:
1, citizens of China and China.
2, support the leadership of China * * * production party, good moral character, law-abiding.
3. Physical health status meets the physical examination requirements stipulated by the state and the admissions unit.
4. Candidates' education must meet one of the following conditions:
(1) Undergraduate graduates with nationally recognized academic qualifications (including undergraduate graduates of adult higher education organized by ordinary universities and adult colleges) and undergraduates who can graduate through self-study exams and online education. Candidates must obtain a recognized undergraduate diploma before entering the school in that year, otherwise the admission qualification will be invalid.
(2) Persons with a nationally recognized undergraduate degree.
(3) Persons who have graduated from higher vocational colleges recognized by the state for two years or more, as well as undergraduate graduates recognized by the state, register for the examination as undergraduate graduates with the same academic qualifications.
(4) Academic certificates obtained overseas must be certified by the overseas study service center before they can apply for the exam.
(5) Persons who have obtained a master's or doctoral degree.
5. Those who sign up for the entrance examination for master of laws must meet the following conditions:
(1) Master of Laws (Illegal Studies): I majored in non-law before (law graduates from the undergraduate professional catalogue of ordinary colleges and universities, law graduates from junior college level, and law graduates from self-taught examinations are not allowed to apply).
(2) Those who sign up for the postgraduate entrance examination of Master of Laws (Law) degree were previously majoring in law (only law graduates in the undergraduate professional catalogue of ordinary colleges and universities, law graduates at the junior college level and law graduates in the form of self-taught examination can apply).
