College students' information literacy level 4: 1. Information consciousness: Information consciousness is the premise of information literacy, the sensitivity of people to information, the keen perception of information, and the insight and judgment of people's persistent attention to information to test the value of information. It determines people's conscious degree of capturing, judging and using information. Information consciousness includes subject consciousness, information acquisition consciousness, information dissemination consciousness, information renewal consciousness, information security consciousness and so on.

Information knowledge: Information knowledge is the basis of information literacy, and it is knowledge about the characteristics and types of information, the basic laws and methods of information exchange and dissemination, the functions and functions of information, and information retrieval.
